Subject to seasonal produce, here are dishes you may cook:

  • Banana blossom salad

    Shaved banana flower dressed with lime, roasted peanuts, and holy basil.

  • Fish amok

    Classic steamed coconut curry in banana leaves, fragrant with lemongrass and kaffir lime.

  • Beef lok lak

    Pepper-lime marinated beef with crisp greens and Kampot pepper sauce.

  • Khmer curry

    Mild, coconut-rich curry with local vegetables or vegetarian swaps on request.

  • Palm sugar bananas

    Caramelised banana dessert finished with sweet palm sugar syrup.
